Welcome to the The Bar Fitness help center. We have pulled some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and compiled them all into one place. Should you have any other questions that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do you offer Child Care?

Unfortunately we no longer have child care hours. We do, however, have a Kid Room. This is a room for children of all ages to enjoy while you workout.

This room can be used at your own risk!

What are your business hours?

Members can access the facility 24 hours a day. 

We do not have business hours but I am available to assist anytime by calling/texting: Annabelle 251-550-9494

Are children allowed entry?

Absolutely!

We have a Kid area for all ages, this is free of charge and used at your own risk.

Teens between the ages of 13 & 15 are allowed to workout along side parent free of charge, they are not to be left unattended.  

Modern Gym

Do you offer guest passes?

Everyone is welcome to come and try us out their first day free. A membership is needed after that.

We also offer day and week memberships. Visit the membership section to sign up for your FREE first visit. 

Is there a contract?

No!

Memberships are set up on a monthly withdraw and will continue to be withdrawn monthly until membership is cancelled. 

There are no fees associated with cancelling your membership. 

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go!

We understand life happens sometimes. There are 3 easy ways to do this:

- Visit the member portal 

- Go to membership section on the app

- or send us an email requesting cancellation

Be sure to cancel 3-5 days before payment is due to avoid being charged for next month.

There are no refunds on membership fees.
